CLAUDIA MARSHALL, MBA
Working in insurance since 1989, Claudia has worked for major insurance companies, TPAs, and insurance brokers. Her background includes eligibility, customer service, claims processing and adjustments, senior products, and account management. She specializes in small group employer, individual, and senior plans. She earned her MBA with dual concentrations in Human Resources and Strategic Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2019. She has been a long-time member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
